In practice, not on paper.

Four photovoltaic power plants cover a significant portion of the resort's consumption. We selected and installed the panels to blend in with the look of the chalets — not every photovoltaic panel looks the same.

Heat pumps heat most buildings. The result: in the summer, most spaces do not need air conditioning.

Natural materials, high-quality insulation, quality windows — these were decisions made during construction, not during marketing.

During operation 

local products, Slovak wine and mineral water in the minibar, packaging-free drugstore, separated waste collection, locked containers against wild animals.

Electricity comes from the sun. No bad feeling.

Ecology is not a website. It is an invoice for panels, a sorting container, and a decision to pay for a quality window.
