Grove – Nicovô

The Háj-Nicovô Forest Park rises above Liptovský Mikuláš. Accessible by car and bicycle. Parking on site.
New trails, educational boards, playground. Suitable for strollers and smaller children. Especially beautiful in the autumn months — colorful leaves and vast meadows for flying kites.
The dominant feature is the extensive military cemetery of fallen soldiers of the 1st Czechoslovak Army Corps from the battles for Liptovský Mikuláš during World War II. The largest war cemetery of Czechoslovak soldiers in the territory of the former Czechoslovakia.
