Poludnica

Poludnica (1,548 m above sea level) is a moderately difficult hike — even with a return trip within 6 hours. Elevation gain approx. 1,050 m. Views of the Low, High and West Tatras and the entire Liptov region — not only from the summit, but at several places during the ascent.

Accessible in both summer and winter. Apart from a few rocky spots and one ladder with no technical requirements, it can also be managed by families with physically fit children.

Iľanovo (650 m above sea level), Závažná Poruba or Liptovský Ján — including the start from Štvrtá Voda / Chata Liptovský Ján with the possibility of a circular route.
