Air conditioning – yes or no?

Until recently, no one in Liptov even thought about air conditioning, but since the hot summer days are still increasing, we at Trich Vody have also been concerned with the thermal comfort of our guests. When designing the resort, we kept energy management in mind, from from the appropriate orientation of windows to the cardinal points, through high-quality insulation to embedding the lower part of the buildings into the ground. This has not only reduced heating costs in winter, but also provided an optimal temperature in summer even without air conditioning - this applies to all apartments. 2+family, 2+panorama, 4+panorama, 4+premium, but also on the lower part of all other chalets and apartments. This solution brings a great benefit to guests who prefer accommodation without air conditioning, such as families with small children or people more sensitive to cold or drafts, but also to those who want to behave ecologically.

Where the architectural solution did not allow for natural cooling of the interior, we installed it during construction (or, based on experience, only recently). air conditioning to cool the warmer parts of these chalets and apartments. That's why you will find air conditioning in the galleries of all our chalets (Chalet premium, Chalet premium + sauna, Chalet premium + jacuzzi, Chalet wellness), but also in apartments 6+premium and 4+family. Even in these accommodation units, you will not need air conditioning in all rooms or around the clock, even on warm days.
